Gaga wouldn't do it. She's very much like Utada Hikaru. if she released a Greatest Hits album, she would greatly dislike doing so. I'm not sure why I don't think it wouldn't be Katy. I think she just knows it would be kind of... redundant? I think with that rerelease of Teenage Dream a few years back, she kind of already had a greatest hits, lols.
