My theory about LG5 fake tracklists

There's been so many leaked 'LG5 tracklists' in the past few days (like 268292916 of them) and they all gave us headaches because we know they're fake as f***. I was thinking why is so many of them lately and came up with a theory.

I think that people that are very close to Gaga (maybe even her team) made up those tracklists just so Gaga could be safe in case of a real leak. If real LG5 tracklist leaks tonight we would all immediately think of it as another fake and not an actual album tracklist because there has been so many fake ones recently. In that case Gaga wouldn't suffer such horrible leak. And who knows, maybe it has already leaked but we just can't see it because of so much fakery that was happening these days.

Please no negative comments, I'm just bored...

What makes them seem obviously fake, is the recurrence of titles such as "Butterfly", "BARCODE", "Eden", "Temple", "Sire", even "IAMWHOIAM", and sometimes "TIHTY."

If I saw a "leaked" tracklist that didn't contain ANY of those tracks, then I might consider it's validity.

I don't think Lady Gaga cares THAT much, but it's plausible. I can't imagine either way someone just making a tracklist and saying it's authentic like??????// hunty no

It was the same interview where she said it was about Michael Jackson (too lazy to look it up)

this would be cool, or if they already released the tracklist but we think it's fake lmao or if they put 1 real song on each fake tracklist

tho I doubt it's anything more than fanmade edits

My theory is that the reason we've been getting all these fake tracklists lately is because we're getting close to her birthday and new LG5 info is coming,  and Gaga is behind all this conspiracy:unicorn:

I found mention of it on this blog type thing, about her mentioning it backstage, and the same from a GagaDaily tweet. I was hoping to find the interview, but not yet.

nah, people are just bored. I also agree with some people that some new members are very young to notice a fake tracklist so some might actually be genuine mistakes

If it is true it really is a genius marketing strategy, if there are so many fake leaks how can you know if one is real. One of my favorite ant-leak strategy I have seen was when Madonna was releasing American Life, her team created a bunch of fake songs that were similar in length and file size but were just recordings of Madonna saying "What the **** do you think you are doing." Honestly sometimes fans insane conspiracy theories are genius ideas.
