I feel bad for Justin and all, because he clearly doesn't seem to be that healthy mentally, but that is no excuse for not refunding M&G's. Like could you imagine being a parent of a preteen, who is obsessed with him, and purchasing tickets for the meet and greets just to have it cancelled and being out what, $1,500-$2,000? That's a little ridiculous. He's not new to the game. He has done quite a few tours with M&G. If he felt like he was not able to provide people with that sort of experience he shouldn't have offered it in the first place.

They can get a refund, it's just they have to give up their ticket too and won't be able to even go to concert then. So it doesn't matter what the fan chooses to do, they're both bad situations unfortunately

it means, dont break yourself to make others whole. 

no one should give up their happiness for someone else, and if he feels unhappy with M&G then he should not do it. thats what he´s saying

I would sue him if I were a fan... money doesn't grow on trees and if I was the one buying a expensive ticket that includes M&G, well I'M GONNA HAVE MY M&G OR MY MONEY ._. . I understand that can be exhausting but better do the M&G that are left and not do any in his next tour than just cancelling now that people have payed

That's what I'm trying to understand... so if you want a refund for the cancelled M&G you paid for you can no longer go to the concert, but if you don't you're still out $1,500-$2,000 and you're not even meeting him? Like how does that even make sense ? That's why if I was a parent I would be hella pissed.

I've read some stuff about how draining it is for artists to do M&G because there's a certain expectation given by the fan, but again, he KNEW this when he signed up for it. He doesn't seem mentally healthy so he should have released some sort of explanation at the beginning of his tour or before it letting everyone know he will not offer M&G for this tour because he is not ready for it yet and leave it at that. I just think the way his team or whoever went about it isn't fair to anybody, but especially the fans.

Smh at everyone here using his mental health issues as an excuse to hate on him just cos he's an easy target. If he's doing something to put himself at risk of aggravating his depression it could turn ugly. Major world tours like this are not exactly easy, so it's completely understandable that he would be forced to stop M&Gs if they were putting extra strain on him.

However... I can't believe they aren't going to be refunding the people that paid for those tickets. That is really bad. I doubt Justin himself has personal control over that, probably his management and the promoters, but maybe if he heard about it he can do something? I understand that the tickets came priced as a bundle for the show plus M&G, but can't they just pay back the difference between the M&G ticket and a regular ticket?

He looks bored and utterly unimpressed in the M&G that were released last week so let's not act like he's mentally ill or something.

Plus he's refusing to give people their money back, $2000 for an M&G + the tickets, which he is REFUSING to refund unless the concert tickets are taken away as well. What a greedy leech 

People defending his behavior are trash, he doesn't care about his fans and that's very transparent.

apparently he is not refunding any money back because that would imply that fans would loose their tickets or smth. thats what twitter is ranting about. 

she wasn't really exhausted at my meet and greet. She was quite energetic and it was from like 11.30 to 1 am. Honestly this is a bullshit excuse, I get that he get's tired, but at least give fans a refund

some people said at times she appeared tired, specially if they asked her to sing for them

That wasn't the case at my meet & greet. She sang a part of lush life and ordered drinks for people. Talked about spiritual exploration as well as some other things I won't get into. Maybe she felt more rested that day.
