Spoiler

Translation:

The next day seems to be more successful: Lady Gaga is in London. She landed there in the morning. Waiting for her at the airport would have been pointless. Ever since she fell down on her ginormous heels five years ago while walking through the arrivals hall of Heathrow, she pays over 4,000 Francs (more than $4,051) to use the backdoor exit of the airport. Almost nobody knows she's in town. In front of the Hotel Langham, where Lady Gaga stays, there is only one other paparazzo.

Greg learned about her coming yesterday evening. He obtains his information from multiple sources. Like every paparazzo he subscribed to "The Media Eye", a newsletter that costs thousands of dollars every year and announces when a celebrity will spend time where. A lot of his colleagues would screen Twitter and the likes of it. There would always be somebody tweeting whenever they sat next to a celebrity in a restaurant. Greg thinks at that point he would be too late already. He trusts into his direct contacts. Bouncers, drivers but also signature hunters and fans. He knows about Lady Gaga being in London from Matt. A chubby guy in tight, colorful clothes - who looks like a teenager but is actually in his mid-twenties and similar to a lot of Gaga's fans flamboyantly gay - waits with five other fans at the backdoor exit of the Hotel. We sit thirty metres behind them in the car. Matt knows that Lady Gaga is in London, because he tracks her every move online. If he reads about her chartering a flight from New York to London, he calls up the five luxurious hotels of London where celebrities usually stay, changes his voice and pretends that he has to deliver her a parcel of extreme importance [to squeeze out any information of the receptionists]. Surprisingly, his technique is very successful. Whenever he knows that she is going to come, he informs Greg. The two formed something similar to a friendship, being accomplices. Waiting together, exchanging the smallest pieces of information - "the driver parked the car two metres ahead [of its initial position]" - you have a mission together that gives everything a grotesque importtance.

I'm gonna be the one to say that monsters like this are ****ing annoying. The elitist Gaga stalkers who claim to be her biggest fan but all they do is bring negativity into the fan base.

The report was about Gaga being in London a few weeks ago to work with Mark Ronson in the studio.

Hmmm actually it's not really saying that he or Gaga's are flamboyants. It's just saying that he's gay like a lot of Gaga's fans (there's no mention of flamboyant people).

I'm not that good in german so I can make a mistake but I don't see where it is written that LMs are flamboyants
