Supporters say it will prevent future incidences. Do you agree? Does the government have the right to castrate a human body? Is this a good idea to lower rape occurrences? This way they are only gonna offend others without their reproductive equipment. They're dulling the knife but it's still a knife. I heard about this idea the other day and I went in rage mode because it sounds like they're only targeting the males instead of females all together. I'm still sticking with the concern above.
