Yes, I am actually here for this. 

If you forget it's Katy who does it, I'm pretty sure most of us would be hyped if a Gaga snippet leaked like this. 

I think Prism is a really album to be fair. It's not particularly artistic or anything, but for what it is, it's great. I don't really get the hate for Katy. Let her be. She's no icon and she's certainly not in the same league as Gaga, but she is what she is, and I think what she does, she does well. 

 But yeah, I want Gaga back in the mainstream; releasing fun, catchy bops :gaycat:

They always bring up Gaga's repetitive lyrics, but her choruses are mostly clever and never as boring as those you mentioned.

you think that´s repetitive? that section (which has a different verse in between each repeated line) comes out only TWICE in the whole song. how many times those the chorus on WOA come on? :emma: 4 lines that are sang for a total of 8 is not even close to 9 identical lines in only ONE chorus that sound at least 5 times through the song

There are only like two songs that I want Gaga to take inspiration from, but in my opinion if she wants to be inspired by a KP song it has to be Dark Horse or maybe The One That Got Away. 

We have two selves. One the world needs us to be, compliant, and the shadow. Ignore it and life is forever suffering.

it is, but it doesnt overtake the whole song. and thats the point of a repetition, to repeat at least once, but if you write the whole chorus with 3 words to me at least, it kills the whole track. if you repeat twice or maybe even three and use phrases and different wording, the song wont sound so plain. 

for instance

I’m just a Holy Fool, oh baby he’s so cruel
But I’m still in love with Judas, baby (2x)

sure, its repeated throughout the whole song, but its not
