I dunno. I always wondered exactly why it was done, because she never really had them edit her like this in other videos or any pictures, even magazine covers. Eyes are supposed to look caricatured for sure, and I think this is supposed to look caricatured too, cause her waist doesn't look normal here But for the rest I think it's for the better view and perception of her.
