I just re-discovered her in the last days. Her music is so good, she is talented and a nice person :)

It would be amazing if she'd collaborate with Gaga one day ! :)

Just kidding she's a part of the anthem of my childhood because my mum used to listen to her all the time and her music is great and she seems lovely! :yay:

And some people (me) think that Shania's outfit in You Don't Impress Me Much may have inspired Gaga's catsuit at the end of Telephone.

"Any Man Of Mine" appealed to women everywhere because of the sassy and assertive tone of the lyrics. It was a new form of feminism. She turned the tables with her "I love my man, but I love me too" lyrics. She combined country songs with pop style production and marketing, using video to create a dynamic image, injecting country with a more uptown style, and taking control of her career like no female had ever done in Nashville before. Shania set new benchmarks for everybody in country music.

YES, SHANIA! Grew up listening to her music and watching her videos. She seems to be a lovely woman and her songs are quite catchy. Definitely my top country artist.

It wouldn't be right to mention Shania & Gaga in a thread without bringing up You & I.  It's the only Gaga song that has the Shania sound thanks to the producer, Mutt Lang.

I was a stan for Shaina Twain before I knew what stanning meant :derpga: Come on Over is one of the greatest albums EVER and I'm truly looking forward to her next album. I was sooo crushed I had to sell my ticket to her concert last summer :crossed:
