I opened the first box (there were 6 sets of 50 cards) and I notice that there are cards from multiple packs all together. Like, they'd taken the 300 cards and just randomly put them into the boxes. I thought that was a little odd. Then... I started seeing duplicates which was very worrying considering I was supposed to have 1 of each card and the only multiples being the "thanks" cards for trades. So I spoke to the customer services people and I don't think they really understood what I mean. They were asking me to "describe the cards that are missing" and they'd send replacements. Like idk how I'd even begin to describe them and the proofs were 2.5GB all together. So it's not like I could easily mark which ones were missing and send that to them. I emailed back to try and explain better what had happened, and I was told that each pack should of had the 50 from each proof inside, not all muddled up. I specifically asked if I had perhaps been sent the "production error" batch from yesterday instead of the fixed batch, they said "The correct order has been quickly reprinted and already shipped. But didn't say specifically if that's what I've received or if they printed them and shipped them this morning or something. They asked me to download the proof sheets of all 6 cards again (from the email) to check - but half of the download links timed out and gave me an error I checked manually through the order on my account and they all looked fine. And now you got it 3 days early? I really hope they accidentally did send you the production error batch and that you'll receive the correct one asap. However, how do you like the ones you did get? Do the sides line up the way you wanted them to? Estimated delivery when I placed the order was today. Yesterday after being told there was a production issue I was told it would be Monday. Now new batch is Tuesday hahah... I split them into the six batches of 50 cards - so you can see how unequal they are. The front three batches have only 20-26 cards in each pile while the ones in the back have lots of duplicates. I do really like them! One had a brown mark, and of course it was a near pure white card that had it hahah... But ah well, it'll be getting replaced in the next batch. The way it worked out I didn't get any of the "My Voice" cards with the writing down the side, so I don't know. They were some of the cards that were missing. In fact - I was only able to make up 3 pages (out of 70) with the cards I have. The rest all had at least one card missing from them unfortunately. But here are the ones I have completed (sorry it's really glare-y cause there is a sleeve inside the page ). It does look maybe a little off with the spacing of them, but ah well. I like them.
