Im living for the collective foaming at the moutg from the tacky BernieBros. Yall swear he's some kind of revolutionary leader for the people but cant get people on his side, it's so obvious he is not winning anything regardibg this election. And when I try to have actual discussions the tackiness comes out with the transparent responses and attacks to Hillary. Anyways congrats to Hillary Clinton, talent always wins.

Let me ask a basic question so that I can understand your feelings on this.

If someone says they're against something, and they're going to tear it down and stop it...but they have lobbyists of that something working for them, with them, on their campaign team, donating THOUSANDS to their campaign and supporting Super Pacs, etc etc.

Is that integrity? Is that a problem?

If your answer is no, we will never ever agree on anything related to this topic.

It's simply fascinating that you are using a very general (and flawed) rhetoric in response. It's like you didn't even read my post and copy pasted an anti-Hilary argument out of nowhere.

How about you actually contest the post I've done rather than desperately try to reply to me with something about "integrity", as if you'd know the relevance of that word in the face of her struggles as a politician who has ACTUALLY had a positive influence on the world.

I just asked you a question. I didn't pose it as an attack. I'm just asking something basic: if you're against something, but accept that things money, is that a conflict of interest to you? If it isn't...alright. If it is, then we agree.

Dislike a candidate for wish-washy stances? or their political policies? or the wall street banks that back them?

You're just sexist.

What are you even saying?

Are you telling me if there's a difference between conflict of interest and money?

I don't know. Perhaps there are simply priorities that one has to take.

In fact the post I linked addresses this very topic. Hilary is a centrist, and therefore is always trying to find compromise. Sometimes she promises something to someone, but ends up shifting priorities depending on the general benefit.

Ideals are nice, but politicians can seldom strive to commit to one wholeheartedly. Those who do, like Bernie, end up being one-issue people because they simply cannot compromise and get anything done.

i don't know. Perhaps we need to find ways to work with the current system. It's not perfect. Hilary is doing fine, especially when the entire GOP hates her and young democrats fall for the smears so easily.

I do have to give her credit, she's a great actor. Not everyone can pull off a successful "Bag over your eyes" trick.

I'm just going to comment on how, as an outside observer who has only gotten into American politics, the difference between how I view Hilary as opposed to many Americans.

It's interesting, given that I'm from Lebanon, and our politicians are as corrupt as they get. If anyone should be pessimistic it should be me. Your politicians are a dream.

Ideals are nice, but politicians can seldom strive to commit to one wholeheartedly. Those who do, like Bernie, end up being one-issue people because they simply cannot compromise and make friends with anyone.

I'm not asking a complex question. It's basic and shouldn't require much for an answer.

If I'm a politician that says I want to end private prisons, but private prison companies are giving me money and I accept it, is that an issue? Does that seem like a conflict of interest to you?

I'll help you with answers since you seem reluctant to form your own:

(check with an X)

[  ] It's a conflict of interest to take money from organizations and people you are telling the voters you are against.

[  ] It is a conflict of interest, but I don't mind it because I think its okay to say you're against things while taking their money because its not THAT important to get rid of them and I'd rather have a little change somewhere else than no change at all.

[  ] It is not a conflict of interest.

You guys are being really sore losers right now :smh: It's somewhat pathetic, especially from Morphine Prince who usually comes off as the adult in the room. I mean, I understand the need to vent, but you're doing it in a very vengeful and hostile way.

For every Hillary supporter who accuses people of not liking her because they're sexist, there are maybe 500 Bernie supporters who accuse women of only liking Hillary because she's a woman (I see this on Twitter all the time). There is sexism everywhere and it's going in both directions. So stop feeding into it because it isn't helping either of our campaigns.

You're better off channeling your energy into doing some phone-banking, as Bernie is not projected to do so well next week.

It's all fun (for the most part). I can't be a sore loser when I know I've been supporting the loser since the beginning. The Iowa caucus shocked me because of how close it was.

And just because there are many Bernie supporters that accuse you Hillary supporters of only supporting her because she's a woman you have to come and accuse Bernie supporters of the opposite? :smh:

Bernie will not win. Many of us KNOW that. But Hillary will NOT be getting my vote EVER.

The nastiness between Bernie and Hillary supporters is so ugly. It's only creating divisiveness. Come November many Bernie supporters will not be backing your candidate.

I would not count him out just yet. Mrs. Clinton's husband lost the first four races in his campaign and still went on to win.

If there's one thing I can take away from American politics, it's that the "can't win" can win (i.e. Franklin Pierce, Abraham Lincoln, Jimmy Carter, John Kennedy, Barack Obama).

Loving Bernie's speech :)

He's very inspiring. I'm happy to finally find a candidate I agree with on a lot of things and who also has a personality that clicks with me. I don't think this will ever happen again so I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

Oh dear. What is this? lmao

It's hilarious how none of you are even capable of making a coherent argument. I don't know why I bother.

It's not the GOP's fault that people don't like Hillary :rip:

Go read the accounts of people who've worked for her :rip:
