Her manager kidnapped her in Japan and forced her to marry him. He then made her say terrible things about her family (among many HORRIBLE things). Awful lies. And the reason she did it was because she was TERRIFIED of him cuz he was connected to the mob and she had seen what he was capable of. He told her if she ran away he would kill her, Michael and Janet. My point of saying this is that people will lie when they fear for themselves. I choose to believe Kesha. You can see her glaze over like she's picturing something specific, her mouth is down turned like she is emotional but repressing it. She isn't a very good liar. I've seen the countless transcripts being posted but not this video. I can understand that Kesha may be scared and lied in this video but then what about her mother? Why is she denying that Luke raped her daughter too? She is not a young and influenceable girl. Instead, the judge in her case a few days ago, used the fact she swore under oath that she never had sex with him and that he never drugged her AGAINST her. But what that judge failed to see is that she was newly famous. Luke had spent 5 years working with her before she made it big, he was her boss, producer AND the man who introduced her to the big players in the industry. She would obviously defend him and lie under oath before she'd have her career taken away. Her mother lied for the same reasons. Maybe she didn't even know, although to me it seems like she's lying in the video. But if her mother DID know, I can imagine Kesha begging her mom to keep her mouth shut in the deposition. She had just released a MASSIVE debut album, she wasn't going to waste that. Of course things like this start to take take a toll. Hence her "breakdown". Rather he raped or her not Ke$ha did not want to pursue it in court... she went for contract. Whatever gets publicity. I suppose. Sometimes are some people business. This video only adds to the problem. If she wants it to come out that he did in fact rape her let her call it out on her as far as hating Dr. Luke enough to send hate tweets and one his career to go down the tubes is too much. The case was about her record deal. Poor Ke$ha. Now TMZ probably made more money after that then Ke$ha or even Dr. Luke did themselves for views.
