He has to get them to loosen their general rules (just for the U.K.) but they'll most likely not agree to because it means many countries will want the same deal. He has said before he doesn't believe we should leave the EU and voters should vote against as such. It's just a threat and I hope it works. The UK doesn't need to be under the thumb of the EU. Most importantly the free market and trading. We/tourists wouldn't have the automatic right of entry into the country or other European countries if we were not apart of the EU either. Think about it, one day Britain has the world's largest , most powerful empire, "The Empire On Which The Sun Never Sets", and then they join the EU, bam! Those are not cons. We still have passports. Nothing changes. We name our price for exports and don't get told we cannot make our own products. The steel industry now is a clear one. Solar wasn't viable without the subsidies. Producing elecricity using solar is a waste when you have a housing stock designed to spend coal (save first maintaing current wasteful consumption with renewables is not viable) beats trying to besides any sort of centralised energy production is about control people can produce energy locally. What is needed is to move into tents in the fields and plant turnips. A tape measure is basically it and some marker pegs you could even call your plot crown city unincorporated if you like. On some aspects I agree like Human rights and such if it can raise the level in most countries as standard and free circulation and such, but I don't think it should have too much control because the Eu is made of very diverse population with different needs. What bothered me a lot with Britain policy was that for almost forever they bitched about the EU saying how they want to live yet they are happy when they get money from EU... so it's like don't be too faced. I think Cameron his trying to save face but if he really thinks it's better to leave then so be it.. I had a friend who was also involved in the solar industry. I don't know how viable it is in the Uk as compared to wind or hydro but my point is that UK houses are a liability. They are like a leaking bucket more like a sieve designed very badly many of them in the shade of other buildings and the best solar gain is for heating with south facing windows plus they don't have space for proper food gardens you know really it is much better to start over otherwise your just stuck with these cities that are such a big harm.
