This! She's going to have to get away from her usual co-writers and Dr. Luke and take a chance. If Katy resorts back to the same formula, she will probably still do well with sales and she will be the cute, safe pop girl the mommies can go see with their little daughters....but, it may not end up being a good long term plan.

Katy is painting herself into a corner, one that I don't think she wants to be in forever. At some point, she is going to have to take a chance....or maybe she wants to stay in that corner?
