Turn some of them into medleys so they fit in the 13/14 minutes the artists are allowed to take... As for the guests, maybe pull a Michael and have no guests at all... If Gaga were to perform in 2017, a song bringing in Madonna and Katy Perry to feature on it would definitely have some impact. And hopefully, Gaga won't be as overshadowed as Coldplay was as a result. I don't like those type of shows that much and they haven't been THAT good the last couple of years, but yeah, Gaga is just not the type of artist for it.
