Plastic surgery is the main threat to the era (in my opinion)

My point is, it doesn't matter where she goes to at the end of the day the problem will still be there if she doesn't get proper help. 

I've seen so many situations where friends who had either mental or drug issues thought that running away to a new place would fix them, but at the end of the day it still followed them.

So instead of running to X,Y,Z, everytime a problem occurs she should be taught how to overcome them by confronting it. You can only run so far before you realize it isn't the places are causing the situations, but the person or whatever they're dealing with instead.

We can be concerned, but that's about all we can do. We have no control over another person making a personal decision about how they want to look. Like I've mentioned before here, we don't even know 100% if she's had work done. We are not Gaga, so we can't say for certain other than what we see or what is told to us, but even then things can seem one way and not be what we thought at all. Plus, like I've said before in this thread, even if she has gotten work done, we don't know the reasoning behind it. It's very easy to go and blame the reason for body mods on insecurities. I won't argue that that's not true, because I've seen that happen, but for a majority of people that get mods that I know of and have met just are interested in the mod and really enjoy how they look or feel. That being said, I can tell you from my experience, I am a VERY insecure person. I literally loathe myself with every inch of emotion that a person could have. I have body mods. Very large and visible tattoos and piercings. I'm also interested in other mods (plastic surgery). However, although I have all these self image problems, my interest in mods literally has nothing to do with how I feel about myself at all. My mind doesn't go, "Oh well if I get this, maybe people will like me. Oh well if I get this, I'll feel pretty." I am purely interested in how certain things look and that's that. Now I can't speak for anyone other than myself, but my point was that even if you're insecure about yourself, and you want or are interested in mods, does NOT mean you are getting them because of those insecurities. 

I'm really hoping I make some sense here, because sometimes written word behind a screen can get misunderstood and seem aggressive when I'm not meaning to be. I'm just trying really hard to get a point across about this topic, because it really is tiring when people make a big deal out of someone's outward appearance especially when they don't know exactly what is going on in that person's mind. We as a family have to just be in support of the person we care about. Be concerned, but don't blow it out of proportion because by making it into a big thing can and will only make things worse. IF she has had work done and IF it's because of insecurities, then we just need to show her that we love her for who she is and just be supportive. It sucks that we can't do more, but like I've said, it's out of our control otherwise.

literally the face tape is what ppl r noticing and they think she got a face lift bc she OVER does it sometimes and it does make her look older in my opinion. I don't like the huge cheekbones either but they aren't as obvious atm and gaga likes it cause she keeps re-doing them so

I personally think she looks fine. However the media and GP love to scrutinize WHATEVER they can and don't be a fool and deny that now. It simply means they have something to work with if they ever decided to turn their backs on Gaga again. Besides, there is always one controversy/claim each era that is BS:

 I have seen a fair amount of people comment on it. About 1 out of every 500 people perhaps. (BS statistic, just a guess lol) It can't be completely rules out, but on the trajectory she is on right now it probably wont be a big deal.

Noone cares. The GP dun care at all. Celebs change their faces all the time in much more drastic ways. It won't affect her record sales or people's opinions of her. It's such a normal thing now that no one cares. Most people don't know what she looks like anyway because they've always been so distracted by the hair, clothes and makeup, and have never taken a close look. I've literally had people say with convinction "that is NOT her" about btw era pics, because they were so used to blonde-bangs Fame era Gaga and didn't actually know what she looked like. And if anyone is worried about people calling her a hypocrite because of the BTW message... loves, noone even remembers except die hard fans.

P.S. she hasn't had any surgeries

She's still the same.

She hasn't done something drastic on her face, just some lips injections (which are temporary) and face tape regulary which I don't think it's bad since she likes it.She does skin care, always changes her looks, make up helps and she is also growing up. 

We should calm, she is a 30yo woman and she knows what to do with her face.

Have you ever had a deep talk with her about her problem? Or are you just assuming "plastic surgery" is an escape?
