A legal representative could contact the site and they would have your email and your IP address. From there, they can track you down and sue you. Plus there might have been some kind of agreement that legally stopped her from releasing it even after she started singing and caring about ARTPOP/her career again. I really can't believe some people here think that she was some kind of idiot during that period and that she recorded a rape video... are you even fans? Yes, you are soo right, because the media has never twisted celebs' intention before (look at Beyonce). Ofc the video isn't "pro rape", but if she thinks it's good for her at the moment, she will release it herself. Stop trying to be little managers for her, she already got a team (******* good one too from what we've seen so far). And no, i don't think she is stupid, she is very smart to realize she does make mistakes and fix it. People want to leak it against her will and I'm the flop fan for trying to support her? Of course she didn't record a pro-rape video, but since when have the media EVER acknowledged the deeper meaning behind something rather than something they can twist and turn into money. The opening to the video is R Kelly, an accused rapist, touching Gaga while she falls asleep, the video itself is directed by another accused rapist... The lyrics themselves "do what you want with my body" featuring work with 2 rapists is career-ending. I swear if this video ever leaks in full we could actually witness the real downfall of Gaga... not some downfall where she gets called names in the media but a real, actual, downfall.
