It was a way of saying that there's nothing to worry about. Focus underperformed because it was a bad song, had Hello and Bieber right in front, and people still were mad about the donut incident. And these new rules with Billboard are going to make it much harder for her to get into the top 10 and stay there for more than a week. When Billboard reduced streaming and increased digital sales in their charting process this week, "Focus" fell from #51 to #89. This illustrates how much she relies on video streams from her young fans. And for this who say Focus didn't flop because "it went top 10", well longevity is much more important than a debut in the top 10. Here's how its charted just to show you.
