In genuinely curious especially since I work as a researcher at the largest cancer research hospital/institution in the United States. So do link me. And from the literature I've seen this effect isn't universal in most people but a small population of Tumor cells. More research has to be done. Until then, it can't be treated as the ultimate key to treatment when one chemotherapy fails. Routinely a physician and team would pick a regimine with intended effects if the initial therapy fails. Chemo literally kills people Chemo kills all cells undergoing mitosis, or rapid cell division. But not all types of chemo, particularly newer forms, are much more cell specific. And the reason chemo is such an aggressive treatment is because cancer is aggressive. It's probably one of the worst ways to die. One of the worst chronic diseases. Hence the very brutal way chemo works. It simply smoking or ingesting pot to treat tumors was the gold standard of tumorigenesis inhibition, cancer would be dead years ago. It's not unfortunately. I appreciate holistic approaches and understand that canabis can alleviate pain, help with the psychological battles of Cancer, but at this time, that's not a cure.
