She will eventually. Seems like its still in formative stages. Once its come together she usually lets things fly left and right and starts with the lofty campaign. Feels like you were all saying the same thing about ARTPOP before it came out as well. This time around we just don't have footage of her blasting a new song from her car stereo haha
