Well there was nothing outrageous about her appearance. She looked good and happy, but outrageous? No. Even her Emmys look was better imo.

Brad Goreski is a celeb stylist, they're usually reliable on things like this. It is possible either someone fed him wrong info or Gaga was indeed going to wear something outrageous, but changed her mind last minute.
