Adele's '25' the biggest selling entertainment product of 2015

When Adele's '21' topped the same chart in 2011, the only other time an album topped the chart, her record sold 3.92 million copies within the year.

The top ten in total sales for 2015 were as follows (film stats refer to retail sales, and do not include cinema. Numbers are rounded to the nearest 10,000):

Adele - 25 (music) - 2.60 million copies sold
FIFA 16 (game) - 2.52 million
Call Of Duty: Black Ops III (game) - 1.93 million
Paddington (movie) - 1.18 million
Fallout 4 (game) - 1.13 million
Jurassic World (movie) - 1.05 million
The Hobbit- Battle of the Five Armies (movie) - 1.02 million
Star Wars Battlefront (game) - 1.02 million
Ed Sheeran - X (music) - 1.00 million
Grand Theft Auto V (game) - 1.00 million

Adele's broken numerous records with '25', including the fastest-selling album in UK chart history in the first week of release, and the fastest selling album to reach one million and two million copies. The album is still to appear on streaming services.

You guys do realize Gta v has been out for a couple of years. It sold over 11 million copies within its first 24 hours of release. So you need to worry about the games that came out in 2015
