So in Bulgaria we have a thing called Name Day - throughout the year there are lots of holidays that celebrates different names because they belong to a saint or a person that has done something that is important in the history of the country. I don't know how else to explain it but I hope you got the main idea.

So today it's Stefan's Day and the main purpose of the day is to celebrate all the people called Stefan and Stefani (and many more but these are the most important) and since Gaga is called Stefani, she has a Name Day today.

Nothing important tho, thanks for reading...

All Catholic countries have Name Days, not everybody celebrates them though...

And St. Stephen's Day was yesterday in most of the World (the Western Church including Italy :green:) and it's today in Eastern Church (Bulgaria) :)

Happy Name Day Gags! :flower:

Happy Name's Day, Gags:sara:

I never celebrate mine, I never knew I even had one before last year.. I think it was earlier this month.

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

Dangerous Man

I was disappointed after reading the OP, thought this is really about lady Gaga. :crossed:

In Finland, Boxing Day is called Stefanidagen in Swedish (Day of Stefani) (it's Tapaninpäivä in Finnish but that's not rly related to the subject:hor:). Not sure if it's called like that in Sweden though.
