Why is she doing this? I know she's at the peak of her popularity but this is just so pathetic.

I don't have a problem with Taylor most of the time, but trademarking a year?! That's just ridiculous.

This, along with TaylorNation taking down fan webpages and posts is all going to a contribute to a downfall in her career if she is not careful.
