I love her. She looks gorgeous. She absolutely deserves this award after this year. Congratulations to her and of course Bobby, who has done a tremendous job since he started managing her.

I love you Queen. Never change. X

I am so annoyed with the "STOP COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME!" comments

unless it's blatant stupidity and adds zero discussion to the thread whatsoever, it's not 'complaining'

she is just doing her own thing right now and isn't trying to impress us. yes, the outfit is a bit sloppy compared to the gaga we all know, but this was for her and not us. we are still allowed to voice what we think, for example some girl said she didn't really like the outfit and someone called her trash and posted personal photos of her...

Stop complaining about the comments about stopping complaining. :stalkga:

Sounds to me like she may have gotten emotional and a bit tearjerked during the performance.

I think she still nailed it! She hit the notes just fine, regardless of your opinion of what a proper transition is.

And tonight was to celebrate Lady Gaga for the woman she is.. not to judge her for a rough snippet of an emotional performance...

but then again, I tend to forget that a majority of the people on here are like still 12 and superficial and perfectionists which is totally not what Lady Gaga stands by (which you would know if you were a true fan) just saying.

Love you Gaga <3

Haroon

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeek really not into the arriving red carpet outfit, possibly one of the worst looks I've seen of hers :noparty: The red one afterwards looks killer, I wish she'd worn that instead :omg:

I'll wait for proper videos about the vocals but I'm not hearing anything bad really :laughga: The butterfly backdrop thing looks really cool :flutter:

Are we not even going to wait until the next pop campaign before we make assumptions like that? Gaga said that side of herself was resting up for the next album. This is a bit of fresh air in my opinion. Almost like she's rebooting herself.

She's spent the majority of her career being eccentric. One year of showing a different side of herself isn't going to hurt. I don't know about anybody else, but that makes her all the more fascinating to me. It's part of the evolution that is Lady Gaga.

I am not interested in Gaga only pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a public figure (with regards to fashion and persona) when she has a new record to shill. There is no artistic integrity in that. The expression "pop campaign" strikes me as particularly grubby.

If the majority of fans on this site are satisfied with pretty red carpet moments and hokey holiday commercials, that's cool, but I'm not.

Why do you consider the "pretty red carpet" look to be fundamentally distinct from her more eccentric styles?

Could it not simply be yet another stop in her artistic evolution?

Is anything resembling basic not an acceptable look for her? Are you trying to impose a limit on how "basic" she wants to be?

Is she not worthy when not eccentric?
