Yes, it's not our business, but I also fearthat it might be because she still feels not pretty enough, which would be very sad. Sometimes just in the lips, sometimes in the cupids bow, sometimes in the whole area above the lips, sometimes along the vermilion border. A little while ago she had her lips and cheekbones done before filming for AHS. But very recently she had heaps done! She had a lot in her lips, her cheekbones are very prominent now, she definitely had some in her chin which is more prominent than a few weeks ago, and I'm convinced she had some in her jaw too. I was surprised how Angelina Jolie-eqsue she looked during this talk a few days ago https://youtu.be/mmGJ4sHI5i0?t=24m7s Lips, cheekbones, chin, and jawline for daaaays. All of that lower face work I'll admit does masculinise her face a tad, but it's Gaga! Androgyny is something she's played with since day one. Also she hasn't exactly kept it a secret! As OP posted she was open about having a lot of fillers in 2011/2012. I also remember her saying once that Inez and Vinoodh had begged her not to get anything done before her comeback with the music video for Applause, because they wanted her to look more recognizable. And she even posts on instagram when she goes into the clinic... and I've seen forum posts here with paparazzi pics of her leaving the clinic :P They'll settle soon though, and fade away eventually. But really, who cares! Are we really just here for her looks??? I hope not. I say let her experiment with her appearance if she wants to. At least she's taking the temporary route here instead of having permanent and drastic surgeries.
