Utah judge takes foster child away from lesbians because they are lesbians

Three months ago, April Hoagland and Rebecca Peirce welcomed a baby girl into their Utah home as foster parents. But this week, the couple was ordered by a state judge to give the baby up. The reason he gave, the couple said, is that they were lesbians.

The judge’s decision on Tuesday took the couple by surprise, left the governor puzzled and had the state agency overseeing child welfare cases trying to take action to stop the order.

Current research does actually show children are better off in Homos-xual houses and it takes a 4 second google search for that.

The decision has been reversed but there is still a hearing set for Dec. 4th. I'm very happy that they have the support of so many other government organizations and that the ruling was  changed.

"Research shows", sure Jan. I understand that people genuinely think that way, but they are wrong and someone in such a position of authority should know better.

There isn't. The Division of Child and Family Services is supporting them and so is the Republican Governor of Utah. The judge is just misinformed and prejudice.
