The music video features Gaga, Rihanna, and Taylor Kinney, and it has a 70's disco theme. In the video, Gaga and Rihanna are in a room together, they start making out, then they take their clothes off, and it starts to get more senusal. Eventually, Taylor find them, both Gaga and Rihanna don't know what do anymore when Taylor finds them, then they're surprised because instead of Taylor getting mad, he joins them. The video also has clips of Gaga, Rihanna, and backup dancers doing sensual dances, and Gaga just lying on her bed, and her hands slowly start moving down her blonde south. Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention. Gaga's wearing the same wig she wore when she performed "Sexxx Dreams" at the iTunes festival. And the video has scenes that has a Sepia color. For the era, I'd have just followed through with the actual plans and maybe perform the songs at iTunes Festival as they're supposed to be finally released. Remix & video release a day after the performance. 2nd Single: Sexxx Dreams released just after Aura & Venus were released as promo singles. 1 week later, the video gets released. She still does the artRAVE event and the APP gets released at its full potential. Performance of Sexxx Dreams at the AMAS with Rihanna. The remix & video gets released a day after. 3rd single: MANiCURE gets released on Valentine's Day, the video gets released the same day. She performs it on Jimmy Fallon and at the Grammys but this time with Nicki Minaj. The remix with Nicki and its video gets released a day after. The tour begins in May. 4th single: Gypsy in July The video gets released in August after she shot the video in the desert and in all the locations she's been so far with the tour. 5th and last single: Applause in October on November 13th for the 1 year anniversary of the ARTPOP release. She releases the video the same day with shots of the tour. I would remove Kelly from DWUW and use that as a lead instead. Video still by Terry and in the fashion of the leaks we got. Venus afterwards by Klein, which would be a complete opposite to the DWUW aesthetic. Dope afterwards, a break from the heavy sounds. Aura then, either as it is or a remixed version of it featuring someone, probably Bayonse. And as an end to the singles, I'd pick a remixed SD featuring Rhenna. mic 1,415 Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 With the correct single choices and videos released at a right time this era would slay: 1st single: Aura (this was really a groundbreaking sound at a time, still this song sounds very distinctive imho, the chorus slay. People wanted comeback of strange-avant garde and boppy Gaga so I think GP would eat it up over Roar in a short run [thus higher debut peak on bb100 it's only what matters for a lead single]) 2nd single: Do What U Want (this would continue the artsy feel, first the song on burqas and then the complete reveal of Gaga as an person, plus GP loves this song anyway. This disembark from complextro to rnb would look very fresh and interesting) 3rd single: Sexxx Dreams ft. Rihanna (adding some more controversy, video providing a good fap material for heteros) 4th single: Applause (it was cool the way it was, could work as a justification of her racy image of previous Sexxx dreams) 5th single: Venus (crazy memorable finnisher) i think this order would secure at least the first 4 singles to reach top5 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
