Wtf?That video was hard to watch, he could've broken her neck. Why to bring up cellphones? Even if she cursed his mother, he should not use excessive violence."Protect and serve", yeah right. However, this girl needs to follow orders from administration and police, not because it's the "right" thing to do, but just because of how cops are these days. Just like that 19-year old teen guy who was shot and killed the other day for not complying with a police officers orders, I guess in this day and age if you don't follow the orders of an officer you either get shot or the **** beat out of you.
