Me (teacher) blessing the new generations with Gaga at school today (PIC)

I teach all general subjects, except for Music and PE. They were at music class, and I happened to be there at the back with my computer. The teacher started talking about the Sound of music movie. And then I was like: 

So I said: did you know that... 

And played the performance for them.

yup, and they were very impressed by their voice.

LOL!!!!  So what did the kids think of the performance and what did the music teacher say?  Do the kids even know who Lady Gaga is?  So you're an elementary school teacher?  That's so cool, tbh.  What grade or grades do you teach?

They were really impressed by her voice and said she looked beautiful!

The music teacher was like: Lady Gaga? Ew.

And after the performance she was: omg really? That is amazing what a voice! I always felt pushed back by her because of the excentric things... but she changed my mind after this performance!

Yeah, the kids knew about her. There were two which have said that they like her a lot

I teach on 3rd grade! (8-9 years old), but it changes every year!

I'm working at Frankfurt's (Germany) biggest mall at the men's clothing and shoe department and I was able to convince someone to play some Gaga music throughough the whole mall once
