Tanner 810
I feel like if anyone else had this many similarities in their albums to other songs they'd be ripped to shreds for it. I hope they're just coincidences, I love her too much

JanPianoMusic 730
This album is so good! This is my first full album of hers and I really like it. I'm going to give each song a grade. Hello: A+ This was the only track that could have had the impact that it did. The first verse is gold: it's as if she's asking if we'll let her take over our world again. So much power in the chorus and so calm in the verses, it's great. Send My Love: B- The cheeky title had me thinking it would be an angry, sarcastic song, but it keeps it real. I really dig the tight guitar in this. I Miss You: B It's very sensual! I read somewhere that it would be perfect over a romantic montage in a drama and I 100 per cent agree. The long intro doesn't bother me at all, which was a nice surprise, since I always suspect the worst with songs over five minutes. When We Were Young: A This song has everything we need from her: simple lyrics, a delivery that gets under your skin and that powerful voice! I have seen some comments about the "boring lyrics", but I really like it, because it sounds familiar. Remedy: B This is the comfort food dish of the album. I really like that this can resonate with anyone and I also love the intense piano that perfectly echoes her voice. Water Under the Bridge: C+ And we've arrived at the first forgettable song. I can't even remember what it sounds like as I am typing this. River Lea: B I think this sounds like a gospel song because of the multiple voices and the organ! A little repetitive, but the interesting arrangement makes up for that. Love in the Dark: B- Another song that is rather forgettable. I do remember what this one sounds like, so I guess that's a good thing. Million Years Ago: A This song is so personal, it makes my skin crawl. It feels very honest and her delivery perfectly suits that. I am glad the arrangement consists of just two guitars so the focus is really on her voice. All I Ask: A+ This could come straight out of a musical. Her delivery beautifully shows that desperate hopelessness. When I read that Bruno Mars worked on this, I started hearing the 'When I Was Your Man' similarities. The key change is a nice touch as well, I am dying to hear this live! Sweetest Devotion: B There isn't another song that could have ended this album better. It sounds like something that would be played over a scene where two people are driving away from each other, realising what they are going to have to miss. You will never please everyone. MelbHawker 6,583
I can't help but feel a little underwhelmed by this album after 2 or 3 listens. I can honestly say that 'Hello' is the best song on the album. Standouts are 'Hello', 'I Miss You' (that chorus is so stark, but it's immaculate - the vocals are so rich), 'A Million Years Ago' (Adele at her rawest - it's a beautiful, beautiful song). 'Send My Love' is a standout because it's so atypical of the classic Adele sound.. but it doesn't do anything for me. It's obviously going to dominate radio throughout 2016, but it's such a weak Pop song IMO. That is the result of the collaboration? I'd imagine the album will grow on me as I listen to it more (just like Disclosure's Caracal has). Congratulations to Adele - she's brilliant. EDIT: ALL I ASK IS PHENOMENAL OMG! LaLuna 12,732
I really wanted to like this album, but so far, I feel like every song sounds the same. This is exactly why I've never been able to stan for her, she's got an amazing voice but her songs are a bit boring and repetitive to me. Hello got me really excited for the album, but I have to say, I'm a little underwhelmed. I really like I Miss You though.

The "Hello" think was on purpose obvi "River Lea" sounds a lot like "Fweaky" by Miley Cyrus. I think that's the most obvious similarity. Also, whether you agree with the accusations or not, I've seen five different songs on 25 being compared to other songs. That's kinda a lot. I personally don't think it's a big deal, and hardly anyone will care because mostly everyone is biased towards Adele. I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.
