Adele has way more class then Beyonce who's on stage half naked and twerking and grinding all over the place.You can't equate class with modesty when so many high status female stars are s-xual. Plus if Adele had Beyonce's body she might have a more s-xual image (since I've never heard her say judgy things on that topic).Beyonce is the least "ghetto" of major black divas while there is plenty of "chav" in Adele and since she avoids the limelight her deportment really hasn't been tested. Outdance,outfierce? Adele doesn't even care about those things..Adele is all about the music and actually Adele's style is a LOT more unique than Beyonce's.. Beyonce dresses like a typical celebrity-popstar .At least Adele has her own style..Btw Adele's voice is x100 times better than Beyonce's imo.. Beyonce has an amazing range and tecinque but she will never have Adele's GODLY tone and emotion.Adele is also a really smart and real person,and it might be just me but I don't think that Beyonce is interesting as a person AT ALL..And yeah let's leave songwriting out of the conversation Conclusion: Adele is better than Beyonce in everything that she does (singing,songwriting,talking,style(imo)) and Beyonce is better at being a popstar I guess.. That's a horrible example Style to me is not about complexity and effort. It's about uniqueness.... Beyonce isn't even a trend setter she just follows what the other popstars do (fashion-wise at least) 2.It was also because she was drinking and smoking.. Btw Beyonce probably has a more professional tecnique but imo tone and emotion matters SO much more.. Jessie J. has a HUGE range,HUGE power and GREAT tecnique but I still don't really like her voice. Adele's voice is one of a kind. 3.She doesn't need to be "Kate Bush" to be an interesting person. That's the point.That's the amazing part about her.She is so ordinary! She is a really cool person with great humor,with real emotions,with real thoughts. It is obvious that she isn't a manifactured person. Btw I really like Beyonce and she is one of the most talented performers of our generation.But musically (even tho she is not bad) she is definitely not impressive. I have all of her albums.Her first 2 were full of fillers. Then Sasha Fierce was good but nothing really unique or special. 4 had some uniqueness but some tracks are horrible. and beyonce is just good. Those problems could have happened due to many reasons, from overuse to a virus. Julie Andrews, Lionel Richie and Sutton Foster have had the same vocal issues and surgery...and they certainly don't have bad vocal technique.
