-Colbie Caillat releases her fifth album ‘Gypsy Heart’. The album is her worst performing album peaking at #17. It becomes her first non-holiday album to not have a top 25 hit. It earns a #55 hit with “Try”. 

-Lady Antebellum release their fifth album ‘747’. It becomes their first album not to hit #1 since their debut album in 2008. It also becomes their first album not to go #1 on the County Albums chart. It ALSO become their first album not to go at least gold. The album features the #31 hit “Bartender”. 

-Tove Lo releases her highly underrated album ‘Queen of the Clouds’ in the US. The album peaks at #14 and features the #3 hit “Habits” and the #12 hit “Talking Bodies”. 

-Prince releases his 33rd album ‘Art Official Age’. The album peaks at #5 and receives positive reviews from music critics. 

-Blake Shelton releases his ninth album ‘Bringing Back the Sunshine’. It becomes his second #1 album, but fails to produce any top 20 songs like his previous two albums had. 

2013
-Lorde releases her debut album ‘Pure Herione’ in the US. The album has sold over 1.5 million copies in the US and produced two top 10 hits “Royals” (#1) and Team (#6). 

-Justin Timberlake releases the second installment of his ’20/20 Experience’. The album debuts at #1 and features the #8 hit “Not a Bad Thing”. 

2009
-Kylie Minogue starts her first tour in the United States. It promoted her 2007 album ‘X’, as well as her previous hits. 

2008
-Jennifer Hudson releases her debut album ‘Jennifer Hudson’. The album peaks at #2 and has sold 840,000 copies in the US. The album features Hudson’s biggest hit “Spotlight” which reached #24 on the Billboard 200. 

-T.I. releases his sixth and most successful album ‘Paper Trail’. The album has sold over 2 million copies and earned four top 5 hits, “Whatever You Like (#1), Swagga Like Us” (#5), “Live Your Life” (#1), and “Dead and Gone” (#2). He holds the record for most top 5 hits on an album by a rapper. 

2003
-Dido releases her second album ‘Life for Rent’. The album peaks at #4 and sells over 2 million copies. The album features the #18 hit “White Flag"
