I don't think it's going to be released in 2017, tbh.

But I'm starting to think it won't be released in Q1 of 2016 like I wanted it to  I'd say a lead single around Summer 2016 :/

I get she may not know what direction she wants to take with the album along the lines of what Florian said: recording the same lyrics with different styles. She probably wants to experiment with her sound, not just produce the same sounding stuff as the album before, but I do hope she at least has a concept down. Makes it sound like we won't have an album early 2016 like a lot of people were hoping.

Also, we have to remember that this was an interview with Billboard. Of course Bobby wouldn't just say everything. I think he's just adding to the hype. 

She might already have a direction  I don't think we should beleive everything Bobby says in interviews like these.

I don't think he's showing all his cards yet, that's the thing. Beyonces team denied any new music like three weeks before she dropped her fifth album so I still don't see why we wouldn't get an album late Q2 of next year, single a bit earlier.. Especially if she's been recording since January
