um because its scientifically proven that crack kills major brain cells and affects the central nervous system. Also, its well known that its a popular d--g among homeless people. The only person I've even personally seen doing crack was a homeless man, but I didn't say all homeless people did it. Sorry if it offended you, but I've never met a homeless person on crack who was smarter than a rocket scientist.

i meant more that it's kind of ridiculous that you would compare that to madonna who is one of the most successful and acclaimed female recording artists of all time... and yes the homeless/crack thing is still offensive and a negative stereotype of homeless people.

Whoever wrote this has something against Gaga.  They choose the worst photo of her they could find and, out of all her performances of the song, they choose the one where it's cut off, is among the first time she ever did it live, and she doesn't pronounce the words correctly.

One of them has significant vocal talent.  The other does not, although she is talented in other areas, such as dating younger men and starting cultural revolutions in the 80s.  So who sang it better?  Well...

Madonna's cover isn't terrible by any means. If anything her strength over Gaga in this cover is her subtly and softness. However, Madonna's tone during this song is so dis-genuine to the dialect of the piece. 

Gaga's really sounded like a French theatre star, which is exactly why it works over Madonna. Though Gaga sometimes sounds a bit to forced in areas. BUT her voice has a power to it where Madonna's is definitely weaker. 

Overall, without being a biased Stan, I still think Gaga's cover was better. However, Madonnas was wonderful as well, and honestly if Madge's tone was on Gagas level she would've trumped her easily.
