What the video doesn't show is when her eyes later rolled into the back of her head, an upside down cross appeared on her forehead, and she began to levitate off the ground yelling "your God is not here, little monster." Then she grabbed his phone and said, louder: "your picture is not here, little monster." Classic Gaga. That's the only plausible explanation. We totally know what happened.
