Spice Girls might reunite and tour for 20th anniversary of 'Wannabe'

Former Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell has confirmed that there "have been talks" about the band getting back together again for its 20th anniversary. In 2016, it will be 20 years since the all-girl band gained immense popularity with their hit single "Wannabe."

Last month, the British tabloid The Sun had published a report claiming that the group planned to reunite to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut single, "Wannabe." The Sun claimed that Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C would together go on an epic world tour in 2016 without Victoria Beckham.

The last performance by the Spice Girls with all the team members, including Beckham, was at the 2012 London Olympics, where the band had belted out a string of hits, such as "Wannabe" and "Spice Up Your Life."

Appearing on "This Morning" this Tuesday, Halliwell was asked by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby to confirm rumors of the band once again preparing to get back together. Halliwell did not confirm the band's actual reunion, but confessed that the possibility of the girls getting back together had been discussed.

If they go on some kind of reunion tour without Posh I'll be dissapointed in them. Do it the real way or no way  and I doubt Victoria has the time seeing how well her brand is doing and the fact that she actually has a great career nowadays

Seriously though, if they do reunite and tour, I'd 100000% recommend seeing them! I saw them in 2008 and they were INCREDIBLE.
