A New York Times article about the man who created the infamous steak dress that Mother Monster wore to the 2010 MTV VMAs created buzz around designer Brandon Maxwell and his meat-bearing muse."Not a big fan of the description since it implies that Brandon was the creator of the meat dress, which is completely untrue: the dress was designed by Franc Fernandez, styled by Formichetti. Brandon only happened to be Nicola's assistant at the time, which hardly makes him the creator of the dress. Just wanted to make that clear out of respect for the people involved in this creation.
