Well I'm kinda glad they're taking it very seriously. You guys don't seem to realize that those sorts of things could horribly go wrong.

If you're not convinced, check out the story about Björk being nearly disfigured by a crazy fan ;)

Taylor isn't even suing, its most likely her management and the security team, since the man broke 3 of a security guard's ribs and threatened to kill him. Read the OP before you make yourself look foolish by blabbering

Doesn't Taylor have complete control over her career, image and music in all directions and doesn't her management team work on her behalf and orders, though?

No one is suing here, and Taylor isn't pressing charges.

The security guard, arena management and the police are the ones who are pressing charges. This guy entered without a ticket, jumped the security wall, broke the security guard's ribs and then gave the police the wrong name. 

He brought this on himself and Taylor has nothing to do with this.

5 years in prison is going to ruin that guys life. 

Acting like he killed someone and clogging up the prison system even more with petty **** that can be rectified differently.
