Well he injured the security guard of course they are going to press charges against him but I think this is a bit too much. He obviously didn't want to hurt the security guard. I don't think he should go to jail but he should pay for the security guard medical expenses and his incapacity time.

i mean the video clearly shows that he run on stage (while taylor was not on stage right before style begins and she s being lift up during the first lines) and then when the guards approach him he starts pushing and trying to get passed over them thus he was removed violently. It was not an innocent fan trying to approach her. It was someone who was violent and even hurt the guard. She didn't sue the other two guys who jumped on stage and tried to grab her leg during bad blood the other night.
