I'm gonna to choose PINK, Miley and Ariana, if we rely on general relevancy I'd probably choose Christina, Janet and P!NK. Or JLO, who knows.

The thing is i agree she should be considered as one of the biggest POP stars but she's too exclusive to Europe that's how it feels and to be considered one of the biggest you should have broken in the US market by now. Literally in the US all she's known for is Loco-Motion and Can't Get You Out Of My Head. 

Why is US so important when it comes to pop? Since 1990, the genre has been more popular outside the US and a lot of great pop in 00's didn't make it in America because of dominance of rap and country.

Shakira being so huge in Latin America, with twice the population as US, plus popular in Europe, should count for more than being a Disney star mostly known in US.

But you see it's a really hard to sallow regardless of the pop genre , it's just that me and you know Kylie alot of people really do not know of her existence in the USA. I respect and love Kylie but it's hard to label her as one of the BIGGEST pop stars when she's a nobody to the majority of a continent. I guess we can consider her one of the biggest but not bigger than the 7 i mentioned and surely there are 3 others in the poll that are more acclaimed than her even though she might deserve more acclaim than the others.
