Pls educateT yourself clearly but let's not forget Lana's entire aesthetic is centered around '50s glamour and old Hollywood. not saying only Lana can use that look but is it the smartest move to borrow that aesthetic for a song that already is reminiscent of Lana? Everything this era has been all about the glamour for her. There's nothing raw about this girl at all. She couldn't really let herself go and let us see her, warts and all. It's all about planned perfection with no desire for the beauty of imperfection. And this video sums up her artistry in a nutshell - all style, no substance. At least this is one of her best songs ever, but when it's such an close resemblance to another artist's work, I can only have so much love for it. It's getting really cringey to see her attempts at acting as well - she just repeats those same overdone expressions that she did in Blank Space and Bad Blood.
