Does Iggy look better after Plastic surgery?

Iggy is open about the plastic surgery she went through in order to enhance her looks. Do you think it was worth it? Do you prefer her new face, or do you think it was a stupid decision on her part?

I think she looks a lot more elegant post-surgery, but opinions are divided on the matter. How do you see it?

She's beautiful before and after for me  I think it's worth it if she's happier, I mean I can't really determine its worth because she's the one it makes most of a difference to, she's still the same Iggy to me if that counts for anything

I mean...before she looked so plain that she was just one of those faces that blended with everyone else. At least now her face is actually discernible, not just a box with eyes, a nose, and a mouth
