I just think the lyrics fit the theme of the season perfectly and just the thought of having a hauting version of this Eagles song by Lana makes my balls tingle

I would love the song!!! but I don't know about Lana sorry. Not really a fan of hers.

No thanks. I think that song should stay as it is. I don't like it when artists try to make a classic song really solemn and dark to fit with tv or movie promotions.

For example : Lorde's rendition of Tears for Fears' "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" really ruined the mystery of the original for me.
