Ricky might not be a big hit in the anglo market of the US anymore but all his spanish language albums sell over 100k copies in the US. His last album M.A.S. sold 300k in Chile alone. Maybe a little over 1M worldwide. His latest album will probably get there too. He still tours and can pull in millions from places like Australia, Mexico and South America. Who cares if he's not big in the US anglo market. A market that is crashing and burning as I type this up.Where Demi Lovato has a career but can't sell over 550k in the US or Selena Gomez who can't sell more than 350k in the US with her last album. Ricky Martin, Enrique Igleasias, Shakira, Laura Pausini, David Bisbal and maybe Cristian Castro keep all the latin (pop) record executives employed. No other latin artists pull in a million in record sales or tours. But hey he's "flopping."
