Hispanics and other non-whites are also being killed. So what's your point?

All people of colour suffer from the same experiences.

Exactly my point. That's why #BlackLivesMatter is misleading.

Latinos and asians don't really suffer as much as black people. Middle easterns are the only colored group that experience similar since they have been shot for the assumption of them bombing a place many times.

"chill and be thankful":eww: "don't bite the hand that feeds you":eww:

Cringeworthy.

Black people are literally being killed because of their skin colour and you're actually saying this patronizing phrases to a group activists who are angry about this?

they have every right to be angry, but be angry at racists and not allies, some of the black "activists" seem to demonise every white person alive claiming them as racists and **** for no apparent reason, Bernie is a KNOWN activist for human rights (yes that includes black people) and he marched with MLK decades ago as an ally to him and his cause, which they''d know about if they didn't just see the colour of his skin and jump at him for **** all.

These aren't activists. They are deranged extremists.

I don't consider this extremism though. I'm pretty sure throughout time liberals thought of oppressed groups as "being too extreme" when standing up for themselves. They're protesters, what do people expect them too?

Protest like decent human beings and actually possess some sort of intelligence? Such as protesting on the streets or at some rally where the leader has ignored this issue? NOT at Bernie Sander's speech.

It's sad that many people (including some in this thread) will see these two ignorant girls as a representation of the entire Black Lives Matter movement.

I agree that they shouldn't be shutting down Bernie- rather, they should support him. Of all the candidates, he seems to be the only one who seems idealistically applicable to their ideals. He could make a change- they should help him do so.

That said, some of the comments on here have incredibly, incredibly unfortunate implications. Yikes.

They need to know and learn some people are siding with them.

Just because they are white doesn't mean they are against PoC.

I am very dissapointed with this news.

If they have to crash, crash at Republican candidate speech than Bernie's.

Some people are just so blinded by their hate.

They're ignorant assholes.

Sanders isn't the type of guy we need running our country though, we need someone who is rough and strong minded. Who doesn't take any crap, someone who will get this country back on track.

It's true that Black people undoubtedly get the brunt of racial inequality here in the states, but it's still incredibly awful for every ethnic minority, no matter what. But the big point indeed is that Black lives are in honest grave danger the most (and, like you said, also anybody with any sort of assumed Islamic association).

Not doubting your statement, rather instead if people read it wrong and think that not.

Well, where I'm from (South Africa) "black" is referred to all non-whites. Under apartheid, people wee divided into "whites" and "non-whites" and "black" was referred by activists to all those non-white peoples and it is still used in race discourse in South Africa today. I'm not sure about the American context, but you raise a valid point.
