I think radio blackouts are completely natural. She takes out a lot of time to go on tour (and usually doesn't release singles anymore during them), so I think a radio blackout already happens within the boundaries of a pop era. I'm not sure if she'll ever give as much attention to her future jazz records as she did to Cheek to Cheek, but if that happens, yeah, she probably won't mix genres and release a pop single to radio while promoting her jazz record, I think that's fairly obvious. Gaga also clearly stated she was excited to start writing her own jazz songs and planned to release one record per year (obviously not gonna happen, but when Gaga says she plans to do something for the rest of her career, it must come true in some shape or form, I'm guessing).So there's more reason to believe JazzGa is coming back than not imo. Especially not after a succesfull LG5 era. I really don't think there will be another Jazz album in the future. Tony Bennett confirmed a second Jazz album that might happen in February. It's full of Cole Porter, including songs "It's All Right With Me" and "Night and Day" and maybe "Paradise".
