I love the C2C era

I really love the C2C era and I am sad that this era is almost over. I really hope Gaga continues with this type of music in the future, and I think she will. I know a lot of fans on here want "pop Gaga" back, but I think we should take a moment to really appreciate that this era has brought us Gaga's best vocals of her career. Gaga is taken so much more seriously as a singer now. I think a lot of doors have opened up to her because of C2C (such as being asked to perform at the Oscars). i hope she will collaborate with other legendary singers like Tony in the future.

The C2C tour has been the only Gaga tour where I have actually attempted to 100% keep up with and watch all the performances. With past tours, I would find videos for the first show but then just watch the acoustic performances and speeches for subsequent shows. I initially became a fan because of her acoustic performances and intelligence in interviews so I guess this makes sense. This era has really solidified why Gaga is special and more talented than the average pop star.

I do not care much for it.

HOWEVER, I love that Gaga is doing the stuff that she loves and that she is happy   If anything, this era has shown her talent to the general public.

There will be less hate for the next era.

In my messy era.

Absolutely! And as I've stated before, I really really hope it offered her a lot of fantastic musical inspiration for her next solo album.

Well, Tony confirmed their second in January this year so at least she's making/has made one already :flutter: Just hope we don't have to wait as long as we had to wait for C2C :neyde: If I recall correctly that one was recorded in June 2013 :awkney:

Oh so it's coming in January? Good, I did not know about it. Maybe they dont want to hype it too far in advance.

Nah, he said they were gonna start working on it in January 2015 :sis:

I always thought they'd release it in time for the holidays this year but the chance of that diminishes every day. I dunno

I love Cheek to Cheek too! The album, the tour, the performances.. Such a great era.

It did wonders for her image, and i'm happy they're going to make another one.

Mister Gaga

Cheek to Cheek saved Gaga's career! Who'd have thought, even as little as a year ago, that Gaga would have the GP back on her side; a completely new public that none of the other Pop Girls has; a worldwide acclaimed performance at nothing less than the Oscars; one more Grammy in her hands and many other things (good sales 4 a jazz album, AHS, etc)? No one. We should all be gratefull :applause:
