I don't know whether to believe her being a nerd and a bully victim in high school... for me it sounded like she just wanted to promote born this way and made herself nerdier than she actually was, so I don't know

That's my crowd, theatre geeks and music people! Truly artistic people are usually a little over the top, unusual, or left of center...and I like those types of people. So, yes. :)

I truly don't know. I usually like people that are different or odd and I find that the "theater geeks" are really nice people (at least at my school). However though her old school mates said that she was pretty loud in high school. I've heard that she sang all of the time and was really overdramatic and loved attention. I personally find most loud people to be annoying so I'm not sure how I would have liked her.

I had no friends, so I guess not. I also was not in theatre or the arts in high school, so that would have socially isolated me from her if I were to have tried.

I was really shy in High school so I don't think I would have been friends with a really outspoken, loud, theater person unless we grew up together from like elementary school or something. I feel like there is a good chance I would have found her to be annoying.

Well she was bullied and faced depression and I for some reason attract to those people, so it's possible.

From the OP it seems like she would've taken herself too seriously in high school and I hate that quality in people, so we probably wouldn't get on even though we would probably have the same interests like Art, theatre, piano, singing

I was off in my own little world with only a couple friends for most of high school.  People who were in the arts in my school were quite outgoing and social which was the opposite of me at that time (and still is a little to be honest). Knowing Gaga was very artsy in high school makes me think that I'd probably just be looking at her from afar, observing her behaviour and wondering what the art students are doing that's attracting so many people, and what I'm doing that's so different.

Also I was (and still am) a more science and math oriented student so I would also genuinely wonder how Gaga was doing in all her maths and sciences.

I personally was a hella nerd (Academic League/Decathlon) and later on kind of an art history geek, but was also very social among a lot of social and club circles? idk
