NE Thing

I Am Who I Am

Album cover:

Stefani-Germanotta-jeb-2.jpg

This is the album cover, a simplistic photo of her around 10 years ago. While the album is under the persona Lady Gaga, the side of the CD says 'STEFANI'. The album has no deluxe edition.

TRACKLISTING

1. Prelude                                                                                                     This is the beginning to the album, it is a five minute album intro, featuring a slow, ballad version of snippets of Gaga's favourite songs - The Rainbow Connection, Somewhere Over the Rainbow etc. Beacause of this, many writers appear on this track.

2. Because Everything Has to Begin Somewhere                                               This is the first main song on the album, and is a mid-tempo song featuring a lot of drums. It was made with Rick Rubin, and co-written with Tove Lo, among other writers. It is a song about how you can make something from nothing, and about the origins of everything - like how we all come from the same place, yet we can be so far apart sometimes.

3. I Am Who I Am                                                                                                This song was made solely with RedOne and Rick Rubin, and has a rock-pop sound to it, with slight electronic vibes. More like Judas than Swine in that sense, it tells a similar story to Madonna's Veni Vidi Vici, but not so literate. It is saying that after all the shows, and all the gimmicks, she is still a human being, after all - I Am Who I Am.

4. Animal Instincts                                                                                               This song, similar to Shakira's She Wolf, is very drum heavy and rock sounding. The song was made with RedOne, Madeon and Rick Rubin and features lyrics about how we are all animals.

5. Love at First Sight                                                                                           This song could easily be described as the most pop-sounding on the entire album. It features disco synths and was a joint production with Nile Rodgers, RedOne and Gaga herself. The name explains the song perfectly.

6. 'Til It Happens To You                                                                                   Written for documentary The Hunting Ground, this song was written by Dianne Warren and Gaga. It is about struggling through particular rough situations, and how no-one knows what it is like, unless they've experienced it themselves.

7. Hypocratical                                                                                                    Basically the drum-version of Swine, this song is a rage song and the most agressive on the album. It talks about hypocrates and was made with Madeon.

8. Blindfold                                                                                                         This song was made with RedOne, and is a fun pop song with similar themes to LoveGame. It features a vocoder and has grainy vocals.

9. Brooklyn Nights                                                                                              This song was leaked in 2014, and has now appeared on this album.

10. I Want Your Love

A cover of a Nile Rodgers classic.

Hi guys!

So there is my concept for LG5. Sorry for my bad english! xoxo

Title:

"The Raven"

Album cover:

Well actually I would like to have two covers, one for standard and anothher for deluxe edition. Cover for standard edition woud be like black and white portrait with very hard gothic make-up and black wig. Something similar to this.

Deluxe cover ar would be like also black and white pic of Gaga looking at herself in the mirror with the same make-up and wig. Gaga is sitting in the chair and she's looking at the camera and the reflection in the mirror is looking back at Gaga.

Photoshoot:

All photos are black and white. Also all photos are taken in old, distroyed building.

Tracklist:

Standard Edition:

01. The Raven

02. Black Cat

03. Mirrors

04. Taken by a Stranger

05. Fairytale

06. Who Are You?

07. Pray For Me

08. Dear Lover ft. Beyonce

09. She's Coming Back

10. Red Wine

11. Them

12. Man in Black

Deluxe Edition:

13. Till It Happens To You

14. C'est la vie

15. Blue Jeans, White Shirt

16. A Girl With A Dragon Tattoo

Most of the songs from the album are gothic pop and rock song including ballads like: Fairytale, Who Are You? and C'est la vie.

Battle 4 Ur Life

OK, first I gotta say I have no idea about what the music will sound like because or about the setlist or the producers or titles or wtv. it's all a big blank to me at this point. HOWEVER, from the info we already have that it's going to have acoustic influences and guitars and stuff, whenever I think about the VISUAL aspect of LG5 this is the icon/image that pops up in my mind.

old-microphone-1188667.jpeg

I know this looks like C2C but I think LG5 could rely on that kinda glam + retro + chic vibe that's been going on for Gaga since C2C and that's been improved in "I Want Your Love" and It's all over AHS Hotel. Plus, the old mic reminded me of this flawless comeback from Kylie Minogue in 2007 and I honestly would LOVE if LG5 borrowed a little bit from that (minus the Marilyn Monroe hair that's been done on Applause). I mean the aesthetic, NOT the music.

I still have NO clue on what's it gonna look like. this is just my idea. and OF COURSE, there's still the GAGA factor to add on top of that. I think it would look awesome.

“Fantastic, chic, freak, slay.”

i'd love it if the album cover was an ode to her love of rock music and gigs, it'd be cool to see something like herself photoshopped into a crowd at an old stones concert or something (obviously highlighted in some way) - sounds s--tty but i'd love it. i basically want a really rock-pop sounding album that's a lot more personal and goes back to how she first started out.

1401x788-74293032.jpg

1. riff
2. start the show
3. daddy's girl
4. temple
5. number one fan
6. go-go dancer
7. darkness
8. vip
9. captivated (because it's about damn time she gave the song it's chance)
10. all night wrong
11. hairspray and lighters
12. kinney

(there's obviously gotta be a song about taylor on there)

but i'm sure i'll like whichever route she goes with lg5 :proud:

Katharine Hepburn

Off topic but I think for Gaga's last album (or at least her last pop album) she should do a reflective album called "Defamation" revisiting The Fame and it's concepts and how her ideas of fame have changed through her long and turbulent career compared to when she was writing The Fame before she was even famous. (I know TFM does do this but I think TFM was subtle in doing this and Gaga's understanding of the darkness of fame has changed so much already so she'd have a deep understanding by the end of her career)

For the cover there is a 60 year old gaga/sefani with minimal natural looking and vulnerable makeup under harsh lighting intensifying her wrinkles and aging. She holds the very same crystal sunglasses in front of her (giving the impression of removing them). "Defamation" is written in gold in the bottom right hand corner in a similar manner as was on the Fame cover.

In terms of music, for the first half there will be many up tempo songs produced with RedOne with throwback to late 00s pop but with influence of mid 2040s music and technology. The second half will slow down and feature mainly piano led Ballards with gaga using a vulnerable aged voice conflicting with the powerhouse vocals that made her famous.

Overall it is Gaga's strongest release in decades, if not of her career. A fitting send off not the one hit wonder most thought when she first debuted but as one of music's greatest legends.

(sorry it's so long, I got carried away because I was just so excited when I thought of this idea)

xoxo Joanne

Album Title: What [do] you want [?]

Concept: The album is a reflection about what we are, where we are and our role in this world. The lyrics bring lots of metaphors about existence, time, nature and conscience.

Album Cover:

It can be a painting/drawing of Gaga, pretty and creepy if possible.

seashell_venus_2_0__lady_gaga__by_dibuma

Track list:

1. Baptism (Piano intro, light synthesizer and a very melodic bass line. The lyrics talk about love, apologies, understanding and restart)

2. (Move Your) Bones (A funk song. The lyrics talk about how you should forget the mistake we've made and just focus on what's to come)

3. Temple (A Power Ballad. The song is like a improved TEOG. It obviously talks about the love she feels for her fiancé)

4. Sexy Mind (feat. David Bowie) (A Disco Song full of rhythmic guitars, powerful bass lines and "heys and yeahs". The lyrics contain many puns about s-x, but it actually talks about how powerful our minds can be)

5. Mother (A punk inspired song. Lopping guitars and fast drums. On the lyrics Gaga sings about how she wants to be a mother to everyone. She wants to exchange ideas with people and treat them like her kids)

6. Myself

7. Chronos

8. What Do You Want?

9. Moving Mountains (feat. Elton John) (A song written with Sir Elton John. The sounds like "The Queen" and they chorus is really uplifting and empowering.)

10. Moving Out Of Orbit

11. Now I See

12. What We've Become (No instruments, only Gaga and a choir singing about accomplishments, all the struggles people have to go through to get what they want)
