what about drag queens who use so many popular songs for their performances? 

​The venue will usually pay a general license fee which covers it. The same applies for artists covering songs on tour.

yeah you have to get a license from the PRO's to play music anywhere. And then you have to keep track of every song you play so that the PRO's can collect the royalties.

This is a complete waste of time. They could sue me for playing a radio at my block party then with the same songs? rediculous!
